Strawberry Milk Shake


This Strawberry milk shake is all children's favorite.

Ingredients
Strawberry - 5 nos
milk - 1/2 cup
ice cubes - 2 nos
watter - 1/2 cup
Strawberry ice cream - 1 Scoop

Method

wash and cut the strawberry ,in blender blend all the ingredients in Smooth paste,and serve it cool.

Poha Milk Flakes




It's very lite and perfect for morning breakfast.very simple and easy breakfast



Ingredients

Poha - 1/4 cup
skimmed hot milk -  1/2 cup
grated coconut - 1 tbsp (if required)
sugar - 2 tspn

Method

Wash and drain  the poha.Add hot milk, grated coconut,sugar to the poha and mix well.
keep aside  for 5 min.  Now, it is ready to eat for a healthy breakfast

Health Tips:
Its very good for mouth ulcer and stomach ulcer.Instead of milk & grated coconut you can add coconut milk also.

Gujarathi Puri with Ajwain



INGREDIENTS

Gujarati atta – ½ kg
Black cumin seeds – 1 tspn
Ajwain seeds – 1 tspn
pepper powder – ½ spn
Turmeric powder – ½ spn
Sugar – 1 spn
Oil – 2 tbspns
Salt to taste
Water as required
Oil for frying puries

METHOD

In a pan fry black cumin seeds, ajwan, pepper powder slightly and add in to the atta with above said ingredients and make soft dough.Keep it a side for one hour. Take small balls in the dough and make puries. Fry the puries in
oil. Now the very tasty and medicinal puries are ready. Vegetable bhaji is avery good side dish for this.Enjoy well.

Raw Mango Salad


INGREDIENTS

Raw mango – 1 no
Carrot – 1 no
Cucumber – 1 no
Red capsicum – ¼ slice
Yellow capsicum – ¼ slice
Green capsicum – ¼ slice
Cabbage – ¼ slice
Chat masala – ½ tspn
Honey – ½ tspn
Lime juice – ½ tspn
Salt to taste

METHOD

Finely chop all the above said vegetables, in that add salt, chat masala,honey, lemon juice and mix well. This salad will be colourful and very tasty.

PRAWN MANCHURIAN GRAVY








PRAWN MANCHURIAN GRAVY
INGREDIENTS:
Jumbo prawns – ¼ kg
Oil and butter – 2 tbspns
FOR GRAVY:
Onion – 1 no
Garlic – 4 cloves
Spring onion – 2
Soya sauce – 3 tbspns
Tomato ketchup – 2 tbspns



FOR MARINATION:
Chilli powder – ½ tspns
Corn flour – 1 tbspns
Maida flour – 1 tbspns
Egg – 1
Salt – to taste



METHOD:
Combine the prawns with marinating ingredients and keep it a side for 5 mins.
Fry the marinated prawns in oil.
In a pan put oil + butter and put onion, garlic, spring onions, sauté well.
In that add soya sauce, ketchup, salt, chilli powder, sugar and bring to boil.
Finally add corn flour in ¾ cup of water dissolve it, pour in to the gravy.
Add the prawns in to the gravy and boil for few mins.
Tasty prawn Manchurian gravy is ready.Home made kuboos.with prawn manchurian gravy.



This prawn Manchurian gravy is a very good dish for parotta, chappathi, naan, kuboos, fried rice.
